Very Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Comfortable bed. Sofa bed was made up not the best but the kids were ok. Breakfast was easy - really good to have it open early and more friendly staff. Kitchen part in apartment was a bit lacking. No cereal sized bowls, only enormous flat plate bowls. Very few pans and no microwave. Clean fridge. Very short on any storage. Wardrobe was a bit weird too ( half taken up by small drawers and a safe so why the bottom rail?) and no coat hooks. Table for 2 but 4 of us in there. The room needs a little more thought. We managed though and overall it was a great stay. Parking was v busy! Not necessarily available.

Wanted to explore Cardiff, found the hotel on booking.com and thought it was idea, 10 mins to the centre, so would be quiet when we needed it. The room was great, it was nice to have the facility of the kitchen. Breakfast was good, and Angel was so attentive with a great smile to greet you in the morning. Small issue, the shower leaked through the sliding door, not too much of a bother for us, but it might cause you maintenance issues in the long term. It appears there is no seal where the sliding door and the fixed panel overlap. Overall a great experience and we are now looking to book Liverpool to do the same.

Nice large comfortable suite with large comfortable super king size bed with sofa bed around the corner. It would have been nice to have had a bedroom to trap those who snore. Excellent cooking facilities, not that we used them, and breakfast in the morning was hot and tasty with extra praise for the dining room assistant who was very pleasant and served us some juice. Very quiet at night, aside those who snore, and excellent value for money, but then again we did have the cheaper price they do so don't think I would pay £370 per night for it.

Everything!!! Immaculate and welcoming!! Amazing value for money will definitely return. Enjoyed the evening social and the breakfast was excellent! Best hotel we’ve stayed at in a long time. It had everything you need and is a short walk to either the city centre or bay. Free tea and coffee 24 hours with comfortable communal seating areas. There was also 20% off food and drink in the coffee shop which is attached to the hotel. The gym albeit small is well equipped and there is a one stop shop next door to top up with essentials.

It was very nice place and very clean Convertible bed good size bed with little kitchen it has all you need felt like home lovey hotel. The staff were excellent specially lily and Ally Ally was very thoroughfull She was amazing she offered me Vegetarian Sausages because she can see that I'm wearing hijab and not eating a becon at the breakfast again thank you so much 💕
